'Wedding Cake' features warm keys that move over a clackety beat whilst fuzzy synth bass pins it all down. KEYAH/BLU's vocals are layered up in a strong yet hushed tone in the verses, 'It's still not bless what I'm earning, I still can't stress cos I'm learning, you got the love, we can work it out'. The catchy chorus is bright and breezy - the strings are like a beam of sunlight through the window and Keyah sings, 'I just wana lay in this light with you forever, I just wana move and get high with you forever'.
